Setk\u00e1v\u00e1 se tu z\u00e1stavba velk\u00fdch \u010din\u017eovn\u00edch dom\u016f z&nbsp;po\u010d\u00e1tku 20.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed s&nbsp;p\u0159edchoz\u00ed drobnou z\u00e1stavbou star\u00fdch Vr\u0161ovic, jej\u00ed\u017e dochovan\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je projedn\u00e1van\u00fd dvoupodla\u017en\u00ed d\u016fm \u010d.p. 294. Je situov\u00e1n uli\u010dn\u00ed fas\u00e1dou k&nbsp;jihu do ulice Krymsk\u00e9. Je v\u0161ak siln\u011b zast\u00edn\u011bn prot\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi \u010din\u017eovn\u00edmi p\u011btipodla\u017en\u00edmi domy. Od severu je siln\u011b p\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161en z\u00e1stavbou i&nbsp;ter\u00e9nem od ulice Francouzsk\u00e1. Proto i&nbsp;dv\u016fr je siln\u011b zast\u00edn\u011bn \u2013 od severu m\u00e1 op\u011brnou ze\u010f zahrady soused\u00edc\u00edho objektu dosahuj\u00edc\u00ed poloviny 2.&nbsp;podla\u017e\u00ed. V&nbsp;celkov\u00e9 urbanistick\u00e9 kompozici je cenn\u00fd kontrast v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u010din\u017eovn\u00edch dom\u016f s&nbsp;dvoupodla\u017en\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1stavbou Vr\u0161ovic. D\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u00edstu specifickou atmosf\u00e9ru, kter\u00e1 je v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm ter\u00e9nem je\u0161t\u011b umocn\u011bna.<\/p>\n<p>Zd\u011bn\u00fd dvoupodla\u017en\u00ed nepodsklepen\u00fd objekt se sedlovou st\u0159echou vznikl pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b koncem 19.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed. P\u016fvodn\u011b jako jednopodla\u017en\u00ed dvojdomek (spolu s&nbsp;vedlej\u0161\u00edm ji\u017e neexistuj\u00edc\u00edm objektem). Zanedlouho byl objekt nav\u00fd\u0161en o&nbsp;podla\u017e\u00ed a&nbsp;p\u016fvodn\u00ed pr\u016fchod mezi domy nahrazen chodbou. Z&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed se stal obchodn\u00ed prostor. V&nbsp;2.&nbsp;podla\u017e\u00ed byla vybudov\u00e1na pavla\u010d se vstupy do t\u0159\u00ed mal\u00fdch byt\u016f a&nbsp;spole\u010dn\u00fdm WC s&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edstupem z&nbsp;pavla\u010de. Jeden byt byl pozd\u011bji dopln\u011bn d\u0159ev\u011bnou verandou do dvora. V\u00fdsledn\u00fd objekt, kter\u00fd od t\u00e9 doby z\u016fstal t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nezm\u011bn\u011bn, je velmi typick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem p\u016fvodn\u00ed z\u00e1stavby Vr\u0161ovic s&nbsp;velmi skromn\u00fdm jak dispozi\u010dn\u00edm, tak materi\u00e1lov\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm a&nbsp;s&nbsp;nemal\u00fdm vstupem \u201elidov\u00e9 tvo\u0159ivosti\u201c. Nap\u0159.&nbsp;p\u016fvodn\u00ed veranda je velmi sv\u00e9r\u00e1zn\u00fdm neopakovateln\u00fdm prvkem, kombinac\u00ed \u201eposb\u00edran\u00fdch\u201c star\u00fdch oken dopln\u011bn\u00fd o&nbsp;velmi zdobn\u00e9 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neorenesan\u010dn\u00ed vstupn\u00ed dve\u0159e v&nbsp;detailu a&nbsp;zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvality ne\u017e zbytek objektu. Takov\u00fdch detail\u016f je na objektu v\u00edce a&nbsp;jako celek tvo\u0159\u00ed velmi barvit\u00fd \u201eslepenec\u201c se siln\u00fdm geniem loci. To je hlavn\u00ed tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed objektu: \u017eivelnost, barvitost a&nbsp;nestylovost, kter\u00e1 tvo\u0159\u00ed velmi sv\u00e9bytn\u00fd celek. V&nbsp;2.&nbsp;polovin\u011b 20.&nbsp;stolet\u00ed slou\u017eil jako \u00fato\u010di\u0161t\u011b a&nbsp;d\u00edlna mlad\u00fdm um\u011blc\u016fm.<br \/>\nPo\u017eadavky stavebn\u00edka (zbudov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9 bytov\u00e9 jednotky) byly minimalizov\u00e1ny, tak aby bylo co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejv\u00edce zachov\u00e1no m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko objektu se sv\u00fdm v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm charakterem. Nov\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy maj\u00ed za c\u00edl ct\u00edt principy vzniku p\u016fvodn\u00edho objektu \u2013 vrstven\u00ed, jedine\u010dnost ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, slepenec, drobn\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko.<\/p>\n<p>Uli\u010dn\u00ed fas\u00e1da: st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed celek z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 rytmus v&nbsp;r\u00e1mci 2.NP s&nbsp;kastlov\u00fdmi okny. P\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed je \u017eiveln\u011b upraveno vstupy do obchodn\u00ed jednotky, nyn\u00ed Bar v&nbsp;Krymsk\u00fd, a&nbsp;rytmus se zde ztr\u00e1c\u00ed. Pl\u00e1novan\u00e1 n\u00e1stavba se tedy v\u00e1\u017ee na 2.NP, cituje jeho rytmus a&nbsp;tvaroslov\u00ed. Okna maj\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed m\u011b\u0159\u00edtko ne\u017e v&nbsp;2.NP aby podpo\u0159ily v\u00fdraz domu \u2013 je to jeden z&nbsp;m\u00e1la posledn\u00edch mal\u00fdch dom\u016f v&nbsp;ulici. Proto by nem\u011bl p\u0159evy\u0161ovat \u0159\u00edmsy ji\u017e nadstaven\u00fdch vedlej\u0161\u00edch dom\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Dvorn\u00ed fas\u00e1da: n\u00e1vrh se sna\u017e\u00ed zachovat formu pavla\u010dov\u00e9ho domu a&nbsp;d\u016fm zv\u00fd\u0161it co nejm\u00e9n\u011b. Proto severn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st domu se schodi\u0161t\u011bm nadstavena nen\u00ed, st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed st\u0159echa zde bude nahrazena pouze terasou a&nbsp;zachov\u00e1n \u0161t\u00edt k&nbsp;severu. Samotn\u00e1 hmota n\u00e1stavby je pouze v&nbsp;hlavn\u00ed hmot\u011b do ulice. Vznik\u00e1 citace pavla\u010de s&nbsp;plastick\u00fdm \u010dlen\u011bn\u00edm. Kter\u00fd podtrhuje \u017eivelnost 2.NP a&nbsp;cel\u00e9ho domu.<\/p>\n<p>Kompozice je dopln\u011bna druhou \u201everandou\u201c, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed slep\u011b um\u00edst\u011bna nad verandu p\u016fvodn\u00ed, co\u017e by nebylo vhodn\u00e9 pro udr\u017een\u00ed m\u011b\u0159\u00edtka domu. Naopak je um\u00edst\u011bna kompozi\u010dn\u011b v&nbsp;jak\u00e9msi kontrapunktu v\u016f\u010di p\u016fvodn\u00ed verand\u011b. Nov\u00fd prvek nen\u00ed slepou citac\u00ed, proto\u017ee \u010d\u00e1st p\u016fvodn\u00ed je neopakovateln\u00e1. Pouh\u00fdm kop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00edm bychom nejen ztratili charakter domu, ale t\u00e9\u017e pop\u0159eli princip jeho vzniku. V&nbsp;navrhovan\u00e9 dostavb\u011b jsou u\u017eity tradi\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly: v\u00e1penn\u00e1 om\u00edtka a&nbsp;olejovan\u00e9 d\u0159evo s&nbsp;vyu\u017eit\u00edm tradi\u010dn\u00edch truhl\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch detail\u016f a&nbsp;spoj\u016f. Nov\u00e1 horn\u00ed \u201epavla\u010d\u201c je dopln\u011bna ocelov\u00fdm z\u00e1bradl\u00edm cituj\u00edc\u00ed historickou pavla\u010d o&nbsp;patro n\u00ed\u017ee ve zjednodu\u0161en\u00e9 form\u011b.<br \/>\nSt\u0159echa je sedlov\u00e1 se st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed neglazovanou p\u00e1lenou krytinou, kter\u00e1 bude znovu u\u017eita vzhledem k&nbsp;bezvadn\u00e9mu stavu. Klemp\u00ed\u0159sk\u00e9 prvky budou provedeny v&nbsp;poplastovan\u00e9m plechu p\u00edskov\u011b \u0161ed\u00e9 barvy. St\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed kom\u00edny jsou odstran\u011bny, ji\u017e nejsou t\u0159eba.<\/p>\n<p>Dispozi\u010dn\u00ed \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1stavby:<br \/>\nN\u00e1stavba je \u0159e\u0161ena jako 1 bytov\u00e1 jednotka se vstupem p\u0159es pavla\u010d.<br \/>\nObytn\u00fd prostor (3.04) s&nbsp;kuchyn\u00ed je situov\u00e1n uprost\u0159ed dispozice a&nbsp;je dopln\u011bn na v\u00fdchod o&nbsp;lo\u017enici (3.07), pokoj (3.09) a&nbsp;na z\u00e1pad pracovnu (3.08). Mezi pokojem a&nbsp;lo\u017enic\u00ed je v&nbsp;priv\u00e1tn\u011bji pojat\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e9 p\u0159es chodbu k&nbsp;lo\u017enic\u00edm (3.03) um\u00edst\u011bna koupelna (3.05) s&nbsp;umyvadlem, vanou a&nbsp;sprchov\u00fdm koutem a&nbsp;samostatn\u00e1 toaleta (3.08) s&nbsp;um\u00fdv\u00e1tkem. Pokoje se otv\u00edraj\u00ed do krovu \u2013 st\u011bny se toti\u017e l\u00e1mou ve st\u0159echu ji\u017e ve v\u00fd\u0161i 2m, aby byla n\u00e1stavba co nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. Principieln\u011b se tedy jedn\u00e1 o&nbsp;podkrov\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je dopln\u011bno o&nbsp;pat\u00fdrko s&nbsp;hernou (3.11) a&nbsp;p\u016fdou (3.10). Vstup je p\u0159es studenou (3.01) a&nbsp;n\u00e1sledn\u011b teplou chodbu (3.02), kter\u00e9 slou\u017e\u00ed i&nbsp;jako \u00falo\u017en\u00fd prostor.<br \/>\nObytn\u00e9 pokoje maj\u00ed d\u0159ev\u011bnou prkennou podlahu a&nbsp;st\u011bny z&nbsp;SDK. Koupelna a&nbsp;toaleta jsou oblo\u017eeny keramick\u00fdm obkladem.<br \/>\nKonstruk\u010dn\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o&nbsp;r\u00e1movou difuzn\u011b otev\u0159enou d\u0159evostavbu s&nbsp;miner\u00e1ln\u00ed izolac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je dopln\u011bna uvnit\u0159 dispozice klasickou tesa\u0159skou konstrukc\u00ed odkazuj\u00edc\u00ed na p\u016fvodn\u00ed krov. P\u016fvodn\u00ed strop 1.NP je ponech\u00e1n v&nbsp;p\u016fvodn\u00ed skladb\u011b a&nbsp;na n\u011bj je zalo\u017eena d\u0159evostavba.
